Let’s Link – Terms of Use

1. Eligibility & Verification

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Let's Link.

2. Messaging & Payments

 

• Video and voice calls are also charged at varying rates.

• Some photos and videos are locked and require payment to unlock. Prices are set by the female user.3. No Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital services and instant delivery, all purchases are final.

• No refunds will be issued for messages, calls, or content.

4. Privacy & Safety

• Women's locations are private and cannot be viewed by male users.

• Phone numbers, social media, and personal contact info are not allowed to be exchanged.

• Any attempts to bypass the platform’s messaging features may lead to a ban.

5. Respectful Behavior

You agree to:

• Treat all users respectfully.

• Not harass, coerce, or pressure any user.

• Report any inappropriate behavior you encounter.

6. Reporting & Blocking

• If a user makes you uncomfortable or violates any rules, you can block or report them directly in the app.

7. Account Termination

• Let’s Link reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users who violate these terms.

• You must have the legal right to access and use the app in your jurisdiction.

• One account per person. Account sharing, selling, or impersonation is strictly prohibited.

• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at our discretion without notice if you violate these Terms.

2. User Conduct and Content

• You are solely responsible for all content you upload or share on the app.

Content must not:

• Harass, abuse, or exploit others

• Be obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or illegal

• Include promotional materials, spam, or ads

• Contain personal contact info (email, phone, address, etc.)

By posting content, you grant Let’s Link a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the app.
We may remove or restrict content or accounts at our discretion.

3. Privacy and Safety

• Do not share private or financial information in public profiles or chats.

• Any information you choose to share with other users is at your own risk.

• We encourage respectful, safe interaction. Abuse or threats may result in suspension or be reported to authorities.

4. Paid Features and Subscriptions

• Certain features may require purchases or subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

• Payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

• Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

• We do not offer refunds for unused time or accidental charges once processed.

5. License and Restrictions

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the app

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools

• Interfere with or disrupt the app’s operation, data, or security

6. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, designs, and software are owned by Let’s Link or its licensors and protected by law.

• You may not use Let’s Link’s brand or materials without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Let’s Link provides the app “as is” without warranties.

• We are not responsible for user interactions, downtime, data loss, or third-party conduct.

• To the fullest extent permitted under Oregon law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the app.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.

• Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

• If you do not agree with changes, discontinue use of the app.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, as permitted by applicable law and Apple’s terms.
